Professor Gilbert Aiach is a board certified plastic surgeon in Paris.
Prof Aiach is probably one of the best known rhinoplasty surgeons in the world who was a pioneer of open rhinoplasty in its current form. His textbook on open and endonasal rhinoplasty is one of the most important publications for rhinoplasty surgeons.
He has performed over 7000 rhinoplasties over his career. He trained in reconstructive, aesthetic and craniofacial surgery after which he dedicated himself exclusively septo-rhinoplasty.

He is a founding Member and past-President (1993) of the “Société Française de Chirurgie Esthétique et Plastique”, he is also Professor of Post-Graduate Education of ISAPS, and founding member of the “Rhinoplasty Society”. He is regularly invited to international symposiums and courses all over the world, and has also developed many widely used specific instruments for rhinoplasty. He has written many papers, and authored chapters in several books on the subject of rhinoplasty, among which the chapters on Secondary Rhinoplasty, the Art of Aesthetic Surgery (2005 and 2011).
His first book was ”Aesthetic Rhinoplasty” which was published by Churchill Livingstone in 1991, Prof. Aiach’s book “Atlas de Rhinoplastie et de la voie d’abord externe “, Ed. Masson Paris, 1996 was subsequently translated in Italian, Spanish , Portuguese and English.

He has published articles in peer reviewed journals, presented at national and international meetings, and authored textbook chapters on almost every aspect of cosmetic surgery including facial aging, facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction and abdominoplasty. Dr. Kahn is involved in several of the leading societies in plastic surgery including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. David M. Kahn is a Clinical Associate Professor and Chief of Aesthetic Surgery in the division of Plastic Surgery at Stanford University, California, USA.

He has published articles in peer reviewed journals, presented at national and international meetings, and authored textbook chapters on almost every aspect of cosmetic surgery including facial aging, facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction and abdominoplasty. Dr. Kahn is involved in several of the leading societies in plastic surgery including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Kahn chooses to give back through education and volunteer surgery. He teaches courses to prepare applicants for the cosmetic section of their board examinations. For board certified plastic surgeons, he teaches courses to prepare for their maintenance of certification exams. He has travelled overseas both to educate physicians in plastic surgery as well as provide surgery where resources are not available.
His clinical interests span the entire spectrum of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Kahn is recognized by his patients and colleagues for his expertise in both non-invasive and surgical treatments of the face, breast and body. He is Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Prof Hesham Saleh

Professor Saleh is the President of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) and Past President of the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery (BSFPS). He is also the Past President of the section of Laryngology & Rhinology in the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM).
Professor Saleh is also Board Certified in Facial Plastic Surgery by the International and European Boards of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
From early on in his career, he chose to specialise in treating the nose, including both its functional and cosmetic aspects. He became a Fellow of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery at Amsterdam Medical Centre, Holland in 2000. He was also a visiting fellow to centres of expertise in rhinoplasty and rhinology in the USA.
Professor Saleh is a leading figure in rhinoplasty, both cosmetic and functional, and in sinus surgery. He was selected by The Times as one of Britain's top 140 doctors and top 50 surgeons and by Tatler magazine as one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons.
He organises national post-graduate courses (for ENT and consultants from other specialities) on cosmetic rhinoplasty, lacrimal surgery, sinus and extended skull base surgery.
He is also regularly invited as an international expert in rhinoplasty and rhinology in conferences worldwide. Professor Saleh has published more than 120 peer reviewed articles and several book chapters on rhinoplasty and rhinology.

Dr Sureyya Seneldir, Istanbul, Turkey.
​
Dr Seneldir is the founder of the Rhinoplasty School in Instanbul which was founded in 2012. Over 2,000 surgeons have passed through the program and it is now in its tenth year. He also set up the related Cadaver Course and Fellowship Program, allowing participants to practice the theory taught in the initial course.
Dr Seneldir is the author of the Photographic Atlas of Rhinoplasty. He has also built up an extensive archive of photo records and surgical videos since his career. He recently finished a book on Rhinoplasty, a two-year project with more than twenty years of experience, expertise, and insights. It covers surgical techniques pioneered, developed, and refined by Süreyya himself and is complemented by Augmented Reality technology and high-quality photographic images. Süreyya is passionate about harnessing the latest technology to improve the patient’s and surgeon’s experience. His philosophy of creative productivity underpins much of his work, including creating two product lines – MagicSaw and Rhinosmart.
He is a regular attendee and speaker at conferences worldwide, delivering presentations and performing live surgery demonstrations.

Dr Grant Hamilton, Mayo Clinic, USA.
​
Grant S. Hamilton, III, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a special interest in rhinoplasty. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois, recognized as the Outstanding Senior in the program at graduation. After medical school, he completed a residency in Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa followed by a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago during which he was able to begin combining his interest in art, design and craft with medicine and surgery.
Dr. Hamilton is actively involved in educating medical students, residents, and fellows in both Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery. Clinically, he practices a breadth of Facial Plastic Surgery with an emphasis on rhinoplasty — especially challenging secondary surgeries. Dr. Hamilton is frequently invited to teach outside of Mayo Clinic and has given over 300 national and international lectures. He has won multiple teaching awards at the departmental and institutional level including the Mayo Fellows' Association Otolaryngology — Audiology Teacher of the Year Award.
He is Board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is currently Associate Professor and Consultant at Mayo Clinic, and Chair of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Lucian Ion is a Plastic Surgeon working in London and a respected authority on Rhinoplasty
Mr Ion trained in both Europe and the UK. He received his medical degree from the University of Bucharest and started his general and plastic surgical training in Paris where he studied in several prestigious hospitals. He continued his training in Britain and passed the examinations to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS). His advanced training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery was completed in central London plastic surgery units covering all the aspects of the specialty. Once his training was complete, Mr Ion successfully passed both the Intercollegiate Board exam in plastic surgery and the European Board exam in the specialty, and was included on the Register of Medical Specialists of the General Medical Council, under the entry, plastic surgery. In 2000 he was appointed to the position of Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where he holds his NHS post and routinely treats patients. He has published extensively in medical journals and has been invited to lecture and demonstrate at national and international meetings and centres, on topics of aesthetic and plastic surgery. Mr Ion has been featured in television documentaries on aesthetic surgery on Discovery Health and Channel 5, and has appeared in print media on topics including facial surgery, rhinoplasty and adopting new technologies in clinical practice.
Dr Santdeep Paun is an Honorary Lecturer at Queen Mary's University and Consultant ENT Surgeon at Bart's and Royal London Hospitals.
Mr Santdeep Paun, Consultant Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgeon is the Medical Director of Symmetry Clinic. In the NHS, he works at and was the former Head of Department at St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospitals, one of the biggest and well respected teaching hospital trusts in the UK. He performs complex cases there and, by reputation, am referred patients from other surgeons from within the region and other parts of the country. He is an honorary Lecturer at Queen Mary’s University, where he teaches students and is involved in clinical research with colleagues particularly In the areas of rhinoplasty and aesthetic reconstruction following facial trauma.

Mr Uppal is a leading rhinoplasty surgeon who specialises in Preservation Rhinoplasty and the Push-Down technique. He has 19 years experience in complex open and revision rhinoplasty. Mr Eynon-Lewis specialises in the functional and aesthetic aspects of septorhinoplasty surgery. He has lectured on various national and international courses.
He is in charge of undergraduate teaching at Barts and the London Medical School, University of London. Ms Romana Kuchai, Consultant ENT Surgeon, Imperial College, London

Miss Kuchai is a leader in complex nose and throat problems. She was awarded an MD for her research into Allergic Rhinitis. Miss Kuchai is a member of the faculty on several national courses at the Royal College of Surgeons and has organized courses for higher surgical trainees over 10 years. She is currently leading research at Hammersmith Hospital into vasculitic conditions affecting the ears, nose and throat such as Wegener's Granulomatosis and Sarcoidosis.
Ms. Kuchai was appointed as a Consultant in 2011 at Imperial College NHS Trust and practices at both St Mary's as well as Charing Cross Hospital, within the UK's largest Centre for Laryngology and Airway Reconstruction. She has a specific interest in Rhinology including endoscopic sinus surgery and reconstructive rhinoplasty surgery. She is also experienced in general Paediatric ENT Surgery with particular interest in the field of paediatric Allergy.
