Dr. Uldis Bite is Professor of Plastic Surgery in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Bite was Plastic Surgery Residency Program Director in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine for 17 years and has been Codirector of the Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic at Mayo since 1990. Prior to his appointment at Mayo Clinic Dr. Bite was Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Western Ontario London Ontario where he was also the Residency Program Director.
Dr. Bite’s practice focuses on pediatric plastic surgery (particularly cleft lip and palate surgery), aesthetic surgery of the face and craniofacial surgery in both children and adults. He has held peer reviewed research grants in computer aided analysis and simulation of craniofacial operations. He is a senior examiner of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is on the program committee of the International Society for Computer Aided Surgery (a part of the annual Computer Aided Radiology and Surgery International Congress). He is also a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons
Over the past 28 years Dr. Bite has been a volunteer surgeon on numerous medical mission trips to Central and South America, Asia, Africa, and the former Soviet Union.
Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Visiting Professor at the University of Virginia.
He is a graduate of Columbia College, Dartmouth Medical School, and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He has been in private practice in New Hampshire since 1978 and is Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Visiting Professor at the University of Virginia.
He is the author of more than 100 textbook chapters and peer-reviewed papers and two plastic surgery textbooks. Dr. Constantian is Past President of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, The Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and The Rhinoplasty Society, and since 1977 has received 21 regional, national, or international awards for his clinical and basic science research, most recently Clinician of the Year by the American Association of Plastic Surgeons and the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Rhinoplasty Society.
Dr. Constantian received the Key to the City of Nashua in December 2015. His second textbook, Rhinoplasty: Craft and Magic, was published in 2009 and his most recent text, Childhood Abuse, Body Shame, and Addictive Plastic Surgery: The Face of Trauma, was published in December, 2018.
Dr. David M. Kahn is a Clinical Associate Professor and Chief of Aesthetic Surgery in the division of Plastic Surgery at Stanford University.
He has published articles in peer reviewed journals, presented at national and international meetings, and authored textbook chapters on almost every aspect of cosmetic surgery including facial aging, facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction and abdominoplasty. Dr. Kahn is involved in several of the leading societies in plastic surgery including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Kahn chooses to give back through education and volunteer surgery. He teaches courses to prepare applicants for the cosmetic section of their board examinations. For board certified plastic surgeons, he teaches courses to prepare for their maintenance of certification exams. He has travelled overseas both to educate physicians in plastic surgery as well as provide surgery where resources are not available.
His clinical interests span the entire spectrum of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Kahn is recognized by his patients and colleagues for his expertise in both non-invasive and surgical treatments of the face, breast and body. He is Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Mr Rajan Uppal, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, London
Mr Uppal is a leading rhinoplasty surgeon who specialises in the closed approach. He has 15 years experience in complex open and revision rhinoplasty. He is reviewer for the British Journal of Plastic Surgery (JPRAS) and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a member of BAAPS council, ASPS, ISAPS and BAPRAS.
He has published articles on Rhinoplasty and is an invited expert lecturer at a number of International Rhinoplasty courses.
Mr Nick Eynon-Lewis, Consultant ENT Surgeon, London
Mr Eynon-Lewis specialises in the functional and aesthetic aspects of septorhinoplasty surgery. He has lectured on various national and international courses.
He is in charge of undergraduate teaching at Barts and the London Medical School, University of London. He is involved in organising and lecturing on courses at the University of London, City University and The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is the Director of The London Nose Clinic and teaches on many courses in surgery.
Ms Romana Kuchai, Consultant ENT Surgeon, Imperial College, London
Miss Kuchai is a leader in complex nose and throat problems. She was awarded an MD for her research into Allergic Rhinitis. Miss Kuchai is a member of the faculty on several national courses at the Royal College of Surgeons and has organized courses for higher surgical trainees over 10 years. She is currently leading research at Hammersmith Hospital into vasculitic conditions affecting the ears, nose and throat such as Wegener's Granulomatosis and Sarcoidosis.
